Refund and Cancellation Policy

解約（キャンセル）

• お客様の管理画面から、いつでもご自身で解約できます。当社への連絡や手続きの代行は不要です。
• 解約後も、お支払い済みの期間の終了日までは通常どおりご利用いただけます。
• 解約以降は自動更新されず、追加の請求は発生しません。
• 会社アカウントの解約は、会社管理者が契約画面から行います。

返金

• デジタルサービスの性質上、お客様のご都合による解約では、日割りでの返金は行いません。
• 当社の責めに帰すべき事由により長期間ご利用いただけなかった場合など、当社が必要と認めるときは返金に応じます。その場合は下記の窓口へご連絡ください。
• 誤って重複して契約された場合は、重複分を返金します。
• 返金は、決済代行を行う Paddle.com Market Ltd. を通じて、お支払いに使用された方法へ返金されます。

無料でお試しいただけます

ご契約前に内容をご確認いただけます。個人のご利用は無料プランがあり、会社アカウントは作成日から30日間・3人まで無料でお試しいただけます。お試し期間中に自動で課金されることはありません。

• Customers can cancel at any time from their own account page. No contact with us is required.
• After cancelling, access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charges are made.
• Because this is a digital service, we do not issue pro-rated refunds when a customer cancels for their own reasons.
• We do refund where we are at fault, for example if the service was unavailable for an extended period, and we refund duplicate charges.
• Refunds are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd. back to the original payment method.
• A free plan and a 30-day free trial for companies (up to 3 members) are available before any payment is taken.
